B-Fit Presents “The Burnout” at Graffiti Gardens
Join us for a 60 minute workout, including warm-up and cool down. This "B-Fit style" Bootcamp will have 4 stations that participants will rotate through on every interval. This incredible workout session will focus on full body toning, conditioning, and core.
B-Fit owner Sam Simpson will lead you through a fun full body workout with the whole B-Fit team there to guide you every step of the way.
